Appleby Distinctive Custom Homes and the architect, Alvarez|Morris Architectural Studio, have collaborated to design a home that takes optimal advantage of the 3 majestic view corridors through an innovative integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The Lower Level of the Courtyard is integrated with the Master Bedroom Wing and the Foyer to a spiral staircase that leads to a unique Tower Room. The Upper Level of the Courtyard is physically integrated with the main interior formal living spaces by means of a stunning Window Gallery with a double entry door. The Window Gallery is used to visually integrate the interior and exterior living space allowing interior spaces to view the Snow-capped Mountain/Sunset and the exterior courtyard to look through the interior living space to view the City/Sunrise/City Lights. The upper level courtyard includes sitting and viewing areas and an outdoor dining room/grill center. To further take advantage to the 3 views is the design of a Tower Room. The Tower Room has massive glass windows on 3 sides that lineup to the 3 magnificent view corridors and its own fireplace. Around the Tower is an out side viewing patio.
